Sales representatives, or sales reps for short, are the people responsible for the sales, both on staff and outside representation. Use PlantX.net to keep a list of your sales reps. Record the sales rep on orders to indicate who gets credit for the sale and record the sales rep on customer accounts to designate who is responsible for the customer. The customer's assigned sales rep acts as the default for any newly created orders.
This list is very simple with just the name of the sales rep and the commission rate.
