The Contacts Tab is part of the Customers window.

Properties

Name

The name of the contact. This is their name.

Examples
Wayne Carstensen {most commonly used}
Mr. Wayne Carstensen {formal use}

Title

The title within the organization: President, Owner, Sales Rep, etc.

Phone

Main phone number for this contact.

Fax

Fax number for this contact.

Cell

Cell phone number for this contact.

Other Phone

Any additional phone number for this contact.

E-mail

Email address to use when sending e-mail to this contact.

Options

• Add Contact
• Change Contact
• Delete Contact
• Set as Main

Use this option to set a contact as the Main Contact when contacting the customer.
