Guide: Printing Retail Tags

This is how to print Retail Tags.


From the drop down menu bar select Action.

In the drop down menu select Reports

In the reports menu select Print Tags, this opens the “Print Tags” window.

In the “Print Tags” window, single click on Retail Tags and select the Next button at the bottom of the window, this takes you to the tags “Size, Type, and Style” window.

In this window choose your tag type from the list on the left side of the window and select the Next button, this opens the “Orders” window.

In the Orders window you can select orders by Status, Type, and Date Range.


To search for an Order by:

Status
Select the Status tab. In the status tab, select the order status type from the check boxes. You can select more then one status type. All orders that meet the status selections are shown in the order tree below.
Type
Select the Type tab. In the window, select from the Order Type drop down list the order type you are looking for. Orders of this type are displayed below in the Order Tree below.
Date Range
Select the data range tab. In the “From” and “Thru” boxes, input the start and end dates for the orders you are looking for and press Enter. The Orders within the date range show in the Orders tree below.


In the Orders Tree, put a check mark in the box next to the orders that you want tags for by click on the box. Once your orders are selected, press the Next button, this will open the retail tags list window.

In this window, input the number of tags to print by selecting the cell next to the order and typing in the amount. Once all print amounts are input, select the Next button, this opens the “Material Descriptions” window.

In the Material Descriptions window, you can select from the menu on the left side the information you would like displayed on the tag. To populate the tag, select a field, then drag and drop it in the Material Description side of the window. When complete, select the Finish button, this opens the PDF (Adobe) viewer on your computer with a generated tag.

To print the tags, select the File option from the drop down menu bar. In the drop down menu select the Print option, this open the print window.

In the print window select the appropriate settings and then select the OK button to print.
