Guide: Deleting a Customer Account

This is how to delete a Customer Account.

1. Select the Customer button from the toolbar.(SS)

2. From the left side of the Customers window, select the account to remove by clicking on the account name. (SS).

3. Click on the button just to the right of the account name list.

The Confirm Delete dialog opens.

4. Click Yes to confirm the delete or No to cancel.

• Upon successful deletion, the Customer will be removed from the list.
• If the selected Customer is used elsewhere in the system (for example, documents), deleting the Customer would adversely affect data. PlantX.net will not allow you to delete a Customer that other portions of the system rely on; an error message occurs if you attempt to do so.
