Guide: Changing an Order Status

This is how to change an Order status.


Select the Orders button on the main toolbar. This opens the “Orders” window.

In the “Orders Window” open the order that you would like to change the status of by double clicking on it, or single click to highlight it and then select the View Order button on the right side of the “Orders” window. This opens the “Sales Order” window.

In the “Sales Order” window select the Info tab.

In the “Order Status” box select the proper status for the the order, then select the Apply button at the bottom of the window. The order status is now updated.
