Guide: Changing a Sales Rep

This guide shows how to change a Sales Rep.

With this procedure, you can change the reps name, commission rate, or whether or not the sales reps record is archived.

1. Select Action | Maintain | Sales Reps from the main menu.

The Sales Reps window appears.

2. Click on the sales rep to change.

3. Click the Change Sales Rep button.

The Sales Rep dialog appears

• Alternately, double-click the sales rep.

4. Change the required sales rep properties.

5. Click OK to commit your changes or Cancel to abort the changes.

After clicking OK the changes will appear in the list. If a change was made to the name, the list will resort and the name may move in the list.
