Guide: Changing a Payment Term

This guide shows how to change a Payment Term.

1. Select Action | Maintain | Payment Terms from the main menu.

The Payment Terms window opens.

2. Click on the Payment Term to change.

3. Click the Change Payment Term button.

The Payment Term dialog opens.

• Alternately, double-click the payment term to change.

4. Make changes to any properties shown.

5. Click OK to commit the changes or Cancel to abort the changes.

The list of payment terms will update to reflect your changes.
