Guide: Assigning a Load to an Order

This is how you assign a Load to an Order.

Select the Orders button on the toolbar, this opens the “Orders” window.

In the “Orders” window, double click on the order you would like to assign to a load. This opens the “Sales Order” window.

In the “Sales Order” window, select the Load Manager tab.

Highlight the order you want to assign to a load by single clicking on it.

With the order highlighted, select the button. The “Change Loads” window appears.

In the “Change Loads” window, you can either select a current load or create a load. To select a current load, select the drop down menu next to the By Load radio button. If you need to create a load, select the Add Load radio button and type in the name of the new load. When finished, select the OK button.

The sales order now shows the assigned load name under the "Load" column.
