Guide: Adding a Supply

This is how you add a Supply.
If you have not added any catalog items yet, you will need to add a Catalog item before adding a supply.
Select the Inventory button
from the toolbar.
Select the Supplies/Orders tab in the right hand view.
From the catalog item list, highlight the item you would like to add supply to by single clicking on it.
With the catalog item you wish to add supply to still highlighted, select the
button on the far right side of the Inventory window, "NOT" the button in the middle the inventory window.

In the “Add Supply” window select the Crop that the supply will be assigned to. (Example: “Fall”) See “adding crops" to add a new Crop.
Select the location that the supply is assigned to. (Example: Field #1). See “adding a location” to add a new location.
Click in the “Stock Quantity” text box to input the amount of supply.
Click in the “Advertised Max Stock” text box to input the amount of supply that you would like to advertise.
Click in the “Production Cost” text box to input production cost for each item.
Click in the “Reason” text box to add comments.
Select the OK button to apply the settings in the “Add Supply” window.
The supply of the catalog item now appears on the right side of the inventory window.
