Guide: Adding a Consignment Item

This is how to add a Consignment item.

Select the button on the main toolbar, this opens the “Consigns” window.

In the “Consigns” window, highlight the consignment order from the list that you want to add an item too by single clicking on it, then select the button. This opens the “Consignment Vendor” window.

In the “Consignment Vendor” window, select the button, this opens the catalog item menu.

In the “Catalog Item” menu, you can search the consignment items menu by typing in the name in the “Search Name” box or select the item from the menu. Highlight the catalog item and select the OK button. This opens the “Consignment Item window”.

In the “Consignment Item” window, fill out the applicable settings for your consignment item. The “Sales Price” and “Retail Price” are automatically calculated. When completed, select the OK button.

The new consignment item now shows in the “Consignment Vendor” window as a new line.
