You guys just can't believe what a relief your software has provided us here at Hailey Wholesale Nursery. We invested a LOT of time and energy trying to learn and execute another program. It was so frustrating and the customer service was beyond terrible.

Last January I was heading into Denver on the airport shuttle to the ProGreen show. I overheard one of your customers (don't know who) talking to Peter Wright of Centerpoint Graphics of Portland. Your customer was raving about this 'great new software' he was using called PlantX. Fortunately for me, Mat came by our booth and left his card. We continued struggling with our problem software, until we abandoned it for Excel sheets in the early spring.

I checked out your website and tried to do a little research. I was encouraging the use of your program strictly for the economy of it all - What no startup fees? When we finally had to make a decision, it was more for that reason.

The first week we fired up PlantX it was easy to see that we were in a whole different world. The program is easy to learn, intuitive and the customer service is so great! Emails and calls are handled quickly and pleasantly. I still have a lot to learn about this program, but I can still use it very functionally. Then when I get ready for the next step, the help is right there to get me headed in the right direction. I think this is the best software option for a nursery of our size. I can't wait to learn more and see just what all we can really do with it!

One of the best things has been the website we are doing with PlantX. I don't have any more stresses about keeping that information accurate. Before I tried to hide the fact that we had a website, now I am telling everyone. I know I can do a lot more to make that site better, but it is working now and doing so much more for us that our previous site.
